This is a Pelican Road Travel Hard Carry Case.

One front latch of the case is broken but other 3 latches work (one working latch is on the front while the other two latches on each sides). They close and secure the case lid safely. The case top has some hard glue residue. Other than these it is in good working condition. 

The appearance of the case has some minor scratches and glue residues. It has cut foam inside. The foam for the lid has a hole in the middle as seen in photos. The case has no wheels but has sturdy handle.  

The model label doesn't say the model number but it does say it is the genuine Pelican case.
