    Any goods to be under the Distant Selling Regulations must be done so at buyer's cost and notification of return must be emailed within 14 days of receipt of goods.

     

    Any goods returned under DSA must be in A1 re-saleable condition, unused and with no damage to outer or inner packaging.

     

    If the item has been trialled, tested or used then we have the right to reject the return or charge a handling charge of up to 25%.

     

    If the goods were sold with FREE SHIPPING then a charge of £6.00 will be deducted from any return to cover our initial shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
