Lions 6MM THICK FOAM FITNESS MAT: 
Workout to the max with this fitness mat from Core Balance. At 6mm thick, it strikes a perfect balance between stability and comfort. It’s thicker than a 3mm mat for greater impact-resistance, but thinner than a 10mm mat to give your hands a better connection with the floor. The mat measures 181cm x 61cm (approx.).

NON-SLIP FOR SUPPORT & STABILITY: 
The mat is made from PVC foam which feels stickier than the foam used on thicker types of mat, such as Pilates mats. This helps to provide greater grip and prevent you slipping when you’re exercising. It’s also textured on the top and bottom to further enhance your grip and prevent it sliding on smooth flooring.

NON-TOXIC AND SAFE TO USE: 
This yoga mat is made from high-quality PVC material, without silicone & latex free.

WHAT MAKES THE MAT GOOD FOR YOGA: 
Thickness is key when selecting a yoga mat. If it’s too thick and spongy, it can reduce your stability and balance, making it difficult to hold a pose. 6mm is an ideal thickness. The cost of returning the product will be at the customer?s expense if the item is returned after 14 days of purchase, also 20% restocking fees will be deducted.
