We disinfect all products before packing.

We ensure our hands are washed and dried and/or sanitized prior to packing.

When an item  is classified as "vintage" "antique" “Retro” "old" or "pre loved", please do  not expect that it will be  in perfect or   new condition. It has had a  previous life, so it will have some  signs  of  use/wear/dirt. Pottery and Porcelain  will  often  have crazing.

I HAVE BEEN COLLECTING ITEMS MYSELF FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR A GOOD AND INFORMED DESCRIPTION.

While every effort is made to describe items accurately we are not infallible

The items we sell are mostly vintage and antique and therefore will generally have some imperfections.
