Here is a cute, lovely, and magical cat pendant. The body of the cat is Orange/Cooper "Ginger" Goldstone and it comes on a 20" silver plated chain.

Goldstone is man-made glass infused with copper particles resulting in the brilliant golden flecks within the deep orange Goldstone.  It was invented by the Miotti family in Venice during the seventeenth century.  And, because glass is made from quartz sand (silica), Goldstone has found its way into the healing community.

Cats - aside from being cute and adorable - are symbolic of  rebirth and resurrection, per their nine lives.
Because they are nocturnal, they are also associated with darkness and mystery, as well as magic.

The Copper in the goldstone is a symbol of ingenuity, ambition, and drive. Copper is believed to reduce tension, revitalize the wearer and encourage a positive attitude. It revitalizes energy fields, transmits positivity, deflects unwanted energies, and is highly regarded as a protection mineral.

This pendant has been blessed and "super charged" in the "Bast House" temple by Ankh-sen-Aset, priestess and Reiki Mistress, see picture. Bast (also known as Bastet) is the ancient Egyptian Goddess of protection and cats. Re, our Mau Cat, is meditating in the Bast House, with happy cat thoughts.
