Interesting Fact: Tiziano Vecelli or Vecellio  c. 1488/90 - August 27th 1576, known in English as Titan, was a Venetian painter during the Renaissance, considered the most important member of the 16th-century Venetian school.  He was born in Pieve di Cadore, near Belluno.  During his lifetime he was often called da Cadore, "from Cadore', taken from his native region.

Condition:  New Old Stock (Display items) in near MINT condition as follows;  #2 has a single tiny nick in the gold rim trim as seen in image 10.  That said, there are NO [other] nicks / chips, cracks, scratches, stains, discoloration or any other cosmetic / structural issues.  The 24k gold rim trim is 100% intact w/o void(s).  Even the rough exposed kiln feet that normally show some scuffing and/or discoloration remain factory fresh. Wire hanging holes are conveniently located in the kiln feet to eliminate potentially damaging spring-loaded plate hangers.  The gold hand written statement on the backs are crisp, legible and certify "The "Last Supper" Scena {I, II or III} by V Tiziano {© year} Hand Etched and Painted in Italy by Veneto Flair.  This Plate is one of a Limited Edition of 2000 ~ Number { sequence #}"
