To replace these you will need to remove the upper trim covers via 2 Phillips screws allowing access to the visor nuts. Remove visor nuts and allow visors to drop and hang. Remove rear view mirror screw and allow to drop and hang. Remove 4 Phillips screws attaching the visor trim panel and allow to drop and hang. You will now have access to these bolt retainers. Reverse this procedure for re-installation.
