The handle has good fitting for durability, strength, and balance. It has the mixer design invented by Victoria P. Harris with the patent number 2,096,510 issued on Sep 29th 1959. It has the handle design invented by Thomas Lamb with the patent number 3,122,774 issued on Mar 3 1964. No trademark logo. It is Cutco.
