While we provide a warranty, it’s essential to know what we do to make sure we don’t let customers down in the first place. All of our products shipped from our head office in Sydney are hand-tested by one of our trained technicians before being put in a box. Not one in one hundred or even one in ten: Every single one. For some products, that means a simple power-up or cycle; for others, it means a vacuum or pressure test. This ensures that by the time it is in a box on the way to you, it will do precisely what we promise it will! Sometimes, things happen, and we will stand by that promise and make good on our side of the deal as quickly as we can. Here is the ‘fine print.

Terms of Warranty, Service and Returns are as follows:

Turbosmart warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under regular use and if correctly installed for one year from purchase. If found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired once returned to us, along with dated proof of purchase. This shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of Turbosmart to the extent permitted by law; the preceding is exclusive and instead of all other warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. In no event shall Turbosmart be liable for special or consequential damages. This warranty is only valid on products purchased from Turbosmart Authorised Dealers.

Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.

Special order items from overseas or special order will be accepted for return but a 20% restocking fee will be applied

 WHAT can be returned?

Not all items are subject to our standard returns policy. Items that are special order are subject to a return policy outline between JDM Mods NQ and the customer at time of purchase.

Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.

JDM Mods NQ Returns Policy:

Returns for this product are accepted only due to the product being faulty from a manufacturing issue and will not be accepted for any other reason.

All returns will be less the original or "Free Freight" cost of the original shipping. Any returns other than a faulty product will also incur a 10% restocking fee.

The return period for any of the above is 30 days only. All returned products must be returned in a re-sellable condition and will be thoroughly inspected before any sort of refund is issued. Items not meeting this standard will be returned at the BUYERS expense.

All Turbosmart products are thoroughly inspected and packaged with the greatest care before shipping.

Please note the free shipping of 3-6 business days. WE ARE located in Townsville North QLD, it takes 3 days to Brisbane, 3-6 to NSW, ACT & VIC, 6-10 TAS & SA and 10-14 WA & NT for free freight! Most products come with a freight charge now but please be aware of that when taking the free freight option which is just standard slow freight.

Express freight is available in the postage section for an extra cost.

International freight is also available in Standard and Express which is calculated by eBay.

ALL OUR FREIGHT IS THROUGH AUSTRALIA POST AND SOME OTHER CARRIERS FOR LARGER/BULKY ITEMS.
