  • How we ship:

    All orders ship UPS ground or USPS unless stated otherwise. "Oversized products such as sewing machine cabinets ship by truck line." Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days, but may take up to 10 business days for destinations further away from Alabama. Please note some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer to you. In those cases these orders can take up to 10 business days to get to you.

    Oversized Delivery Items: Some products we sell are “Oversized Delivery.” These are generally items that are too big to be shipped through UPS, or the Post Office. The estimated delivery time is 1 week. If you order an “Oversized Delivery” item, you will be contacted by the shipper within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery to set up an appointment for your merchandise. Important! Someone must be at the delivery location to receive these items, as they require a signature for delivery. You will be required to assist in moving the packages from the truck at the time of delivery.

    At Ken's Sewing Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. 

    Your satisfaction is always our primary concern. We understand that it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item, and our goal is to make it easy for you.

    You may exchange or return any item, for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. Date of purchase means the day your ordered the item, not the day you paid for the item.

    Special Notes About Returns:

  • Due to the nature of the following products, no returns can be accepted on opened software.

    Ken's Sewing & Vacuum offers fast shipping & handling on every order being shipped to addresses within the contiguous U.S.,regardless of the size, weight or cost of the order. However, please be aware that if you decide you don't want the product after it has shipped or after receiving it, you are responsible to pay both the shipping cost out to you and the shipping cost back to us. 

    Used, canceled or returned items can be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.

    Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

    All products carry a warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise states.
