RR Alternators-starters, is responsible for the part that was purchased ONLY. It will be replaced in case the part fails. We assume that the client has, or at least will hired a person who is qualified to install the part. That is why we recommend that you check that the battery is charged one hundred percent. Normally, if you install an alternator with the low-voltage battery, the alternator will overheat and eventually fail. On a starter motor if the battery has low-voltage, the solenoid will burn. We always ensure that our parts are checked, in good working condition before there shipped out. We understand that it`s hard to know how the electrical system works. That is why we recommend you to follow the instructions. Always Charge or check the battery before installation; the battery is the heart of your car. In some occasion the colors of the pulleys or the back covers, from the alternator will be different. In some occasion the original label will be left on the alternator. not all the times because sometimes the label is destroyed.

We are selling this unit outright, The alternator itself carries a 1 YEAR WARRANTY against issues with craftsmanship or components. Additional expenses such as labor, towing, etc. are NOT covered under the warranty. As with all alternators, please make sure to install this unit into a vehicle that has a fully charged, load tested battery, as well as clean and tight electrical cables, terminals, grounds, and pigtail alternator harness. We cannot warranty units that are damaged due to issues with the vehicle itself or negligence on behalf of the installer. We have been in business for over 15 years and are known for our honesty, quality, and excellent customer service.
