What more can I say about this newly graded, Unlimited Azumarill HOLO from Neo Genesis, card #2.  This is a WOTC (Wizards of The Coast) favorite that was printed back in year 2000.  This has been graded as Near Mint - Mint 9 by PSA, the most respected card grading company in the world.   The card has very low POP of 83, which means there's only this many copies graded 9 by PSA.
