We endeavour
to send out all orders the next WORKING day after order received,
with
the exception that all 'signed-for' items are sent the Tuesday or Friday
following receipt of order.
All UK orders with accumulative value of over £20.oo, I will
upgrade to 'signed for' postage at no extra charge.
All
non UK/BFPO orders are sent by e-bay gsp.
No exceptions. Please do not ask us to send at 'own risk'. We will not!

Returns

Quite
simply, if not fully happy with product, return within 14 days in original
condition + packaging for a full [less our postage costs] refund.
