BluPetal handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us with a valid reason for return immediately and the item/s should be returned to us within 30 days of the receipt.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.

If any goods are faulty, we will provide a refund, however, BluPetal is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, particularly, Jewellery items. so please choose carefully.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings, body piercing products or face masks for hygiene reasons.

Returned items that were eligible for free shipping will have the original delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.

-      Items returned must be in their original sale condition - Unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels/tags

-      All jewellery items need to be bubble wrapped in a padded secure bag

-      Return the item/s via an Australia Post traceable method as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items:
