NOTE insert strips may have the odd scuff/scratch/fading/small digs but nothing too bad as i do not keep them if they have too many.

ELECTRICAL ITEMS

Unless you are competent in Jetski electronics and have properly identified the fault, I would suggest you seek advice from an expert first and not just guess what may be wrong! You may cause major damage to an electrical component (MPEM’s and ECU’s etc) if you have failed to correctly diagnose what caused yours to break!

I will not issue a refund for returned MPEM’s that have been sold as “tested and fully working” unless it has been fitted by a certified Jetski engineer or approved repair centre. (Proof must be supplied)

Please be aware that some electrical parts cannot be fully tested before being posted (usually specified in description). For this reason, please test the item on your jetski before it is fully fitted. No responsibility or labour cost is accepted for items fitted that are subsequently found to be faulty or broken.

During the removal of certain parts, some electrical items may be supplied with the terminal pins removed from the plugs. You will need to check that they are placed into the correct terminal holes on the plug before re-fitting. Special terminal pin/plug removal tools must be used to remove the wires from the plug for fitment. You must use this tool, as anything else is likely to cause damage to the pins and cutting and re soldering is an absolute NO NO!!. Some wires may have been replaced back into the plug to prevent damage during transit so please check that they are in the correct hole before fitting

Returns policy

As per the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, I offer a 14 day return and refund service, subject to the additional terms and conditions. 

1) Please contact me first before starting a return as i should be able to sort your problem out quicker than the standard Ebay returns process. 

2) The item I send you must be returned to me in the exact same state it was sent out and have all the original attachments and/or internal parts. (No swapping over of your faulty item or internals etc and trying to return item as faulty)

3) The item must not have been dismantled or tampered with in any way, except for some items that must be disassembled in order to fit.

4) For faulty items, you must notify me via Ebay messages that an item is faulty within 7 days of receiving the item. 

5) A full refund including any outbound postage will be given for faulty items or items not as described once I have received it back and checked it.

6) Unless the item is faulty, You are responsible for the return post cost and proof of posting must be obtained. Items over £50 must be sent recorded delivery or suitably insured, again at your cost

In addition to my terms you must check that the item is compatible for your model as items purchased in error will result in your account being blocked against any future purchases.

Any items sold that are specified as “spares or repair” or “faulty” cannot be returned.
