Shipping

All our orders are shipped 1st  or 2nd class with Royal Mail unless you choose an express service from  the postage and payments tab. We Reserve the right to combine your orders into a single  delivery even if you make multiple payments All our Items are dispatched within  24 of your payment clearing (Except weekends and  Bank holidays) . We do try and post out all orders  that are placed and paid for before 2pm the same day (Except weekends and  Bank holidays)

Our preferred method of payment is  PayPal Please wait for a combined  invoice to receive postage discounts If you are using a mobile app, please use the "request an  Invoice" and pay from the eBay invoice Payment should be made within 7 days or we will submit a eBay  claim to recover our fees

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with our products, Return the items within 14 days for a full refund excluding the postage charge  and a £0.20p return fee that Paypal charge for refunds. The return item must be unused and in its original package and condition. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost.  Faulty products will be replaced depending on current stock  levels or refunded if no stock available.
