Q1: Will this bulb fit my vehicle?
A: You can check your bulb size by looking in your owner's manual.
If you aren't able to locate your manual, you could just pop out one of the bulbs that you want to replace. Most bulbs have the type written on the mounting plate or connector plug.
Alternatively, while the bulb is out you could take some photos of the connector plug and mounting plate and send them to us and we will identify them for you.

Q2: My item has not arrived, what's taking so long?
A: Sometimes items take longer than expected, especially if it’s going far or to a rural area. Check with your post office tracking website to see where your item has been held up. Australia Post does an amazing job tracking and delivering millions of parcels every day, but sometimes they don’t update a tracking number until just before it arrives at its destination. If your item still has not arrived after a few days, let us know so we can double check for you and help solve it asap.

Q3: Do I need to mention the Year, Make and Model in the notes when place order?
A: YES. Please include the Year, Make, and Model in the notes section during checkout to ensure you receive everything needed for your kit!

Q4: Help! My bulbs won't fit.
A: Special bulb holder may be required. See if you can take the holder from the stock bulb. If not, let us know.
The bulb size may be wrong. Double check the item you ordered is the correct one for your car, and that it is the item you received.
Do you have an aftermarket lighting housing? These may not be perfectly fitted for LED bulbs and might require some manual modifications.

Q5: Neither side lighting up? Both sides flicker, flash, or work inconsistantly.
A:Try putting the Halogen bulbs back in. If there's still nothing check the headlight fuses, or there may even be a voltage problem with the vehicle.
If the halogens do work then try the LEDs again but this time reversing the plug if possible, as LEDs are very polarity sensitive, whereas halogen bulbs don't care about +ve and -ve. Next, check the ballast plugs to insure correct installation.
If all this doesn't make the LEDs work, then it is possible there might be a fault with the LEDs and we recommend you contact us so we can discuss repair, replacement or refund.
