The purpose of these rooms was to advertise the Soviet Union and it was led by specially trained people. Such posters were hung on the wall in these rooms for visibility, there were many such rooms in the Soviet Union. Which of course over time these posters were spoiled. And after the collapse of the Soviet Union, no one was interested in these ones
