iTrack FS100 GPS Tracker


The iTrack FS100 Fleet Series GPS tracker is the perfect solution for anyone looking for a quick and simple plug & play tracking solution.

Simply connect the 2 power cables to the vehicle battery terminals and the FS100 will instantly begin uploading tracking data to our web based tracking platform iTrack Live. The device is equipped with special clamp connectors making it a very simple job to connect to your vehicle battery.

The waterproof iTrack FS100 is truly plug and play - no complicated, time consuming configuration process and no SIM card balance management - perfect for fleet management scenarios.

The device comes with a 14 day trial subscription to iTrack Live. Once the trial period expires you will need to purchase a Connect+ subscription which will give you all inclusive connectivity including all SIM card data, network-roaming, international roaming in over 120 countries and 90 day historical tracking data cloud storage.  







Easy Installation - Plug & Play


The iTrack FS100 GPS Tracker is supplied with a pre configured network-roaming SIM installed. Once the tracker is fitted to the vehicle, the device will instantly start uploading location data to our web based tracking platform allowing you to monitor the location of your asset in real-time.
There are no SIM card balances to manage or complicated device configuration processes - it really is plug and play!
You will need to purchase a connect+ subscription to use with your device that will include all SIM data and unlimited access to iTrack Live GPS Tracking Platform.

Live Real-Time Tracking


All trackers are supplied with a 14 day trial to iTrack Live allowing you to use our web based software and user friendly app. Simply create an iTrack Live user account, add you device and the tracker will instantly begin uploading it's position in real-time. All SIM card data is included in the Connect+ subscription that will need to be purchased once the 14 day trial period expires.


Easily Manage Your Fleet


You are able to manage multiple trackers within the same tracking platform which makes fleet management easy and efficient.
You will simply log on to iTrack Live GPS Tracking Platform or App and monitor your fleet in real-time with pinpoint accuracy.
All the vehicles within your fleet will be visible on a single map where you can take full control and look back at historical data.

Location and driver behaviour data is stored on our cloud based server for 90 days. This allows you to look back at travel history and analyse vehicle speeds as well as idle times for any given day or time period. There is also an option to view simulated route repeats allowing you to easily monitor previous travel routes on the map. Unlike most other companies, iTrack are proud to offer this service without any extra charge. When you purchase a iTrack Live subscription you will have access to our live tracking service and be able to view historical tracking data from anywhere in the world.

Once you've created an account on iTrack Live and added your device, you will automatically receive a free 14 day trial and your FS100 GPS tracker will instantly begin uploading a live location on the map giving you unlimited access to the tracking platform and all the features.

Once the trial period expires you will need to purchase a iTrack Live Connect+ subscription direct from our site.  The Connect + subscription is an all-inclusive package that gives you unlimited access to all iTrack Live features and the iOS/Androis app, all world-wide SIM card data, 90 day tracking history cloud storage, unlimited user sub-accounts + much more.

Same Day Dispatch Via Royal Mail

Every effort will be made to dispatch orders placed before 3pm that same day via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification with tracking details. Please note you will not be able to view the tracking until it has been processed by Royal Mail. If you are not available to sign for the item when delivery is attempted then you may be left a card by Royal Mail - you will then have the option to rearrange a delivery or collect the goods from your local sorting office. If the goods are not collected after a certain time period they will be returned to iTrack UK and extra charges may be applicable to re-send the goods.

Special Delivery before 1pm via Royal Mail

For an extra charge we offer a guaranteed next day before 1pm special delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification with tracking details. Please note you will not be able to view the tracking until it has been processed by Royal Mail. If you are not available to sign for the item when delivery is attempted then you may be left a card by Royal Mail - you will then have the option to rearrange a delivery or collect the goods from your local sorting office.

International Delivery via Royal Mail

iTrack UK is proud to offer a worldwide shipping service for our international customers. All goods will be sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification with tracking details. Please note you will not be able to view the tracking until it has been processed by Royal Mail. If you are not available to sign for the item when delivery is attempted then you may be left a card by Royal Mail or their international delivery partner - you will then have the option to rearrange a delivery or collect the goods from your local sorting office. Extra charges are applicable for international shipping.

Orders may be cancelled via eBay messaging service providing the goods have not yet been dispatched � a full refund will be paid back to the original payment method.

If the goods have already been dispatched and delivered then a return request must be filed via eBay. Once the request has been made we will issue further details about how to return the item for a full refund. All returned items must be returned in the condition they were received with all packaging and accessories intact � if this criteria is not met then the goods will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.  Alternatively we may offer a partial refund and deduct 30% from the purchase price.

If you have a faulty product then please follow the return procedure via eBay and we will endeavour to get the goods returned for a full refund or exchange. All our trackers are supplied with a 12 month warranty, however if an item is returned to us and there are signs of clear misuse or physical damage then the guarantee will be void and a refund will not be issued.

We will not issue refunds for any credit that may have been purchased to top up the SIM card provided.

Payment for all orders should be made via eBay at the time of check-out.

Non-payment claims will be filed via eBay against customers that buy a product through our store but do not complete the check out and make payment.

If you purchase an item in error then please get in touch via the eBay messaging service and we will be happy to cancel the order for you.
