Shipping Details | |
The shipping method is curbside delivery. The machine will be delivered to your driveway outside of the delivery address you provided upon purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to transport the machine inside. However, we offer other truck delivery options stated below. Contact us should you need any of these services. 1. Inside Delivery Your machine will be transported from the truck to the inside of the first-floor front door of your office. (Please take note that the delivery personnel will not unpack or set up the machine and will not place it in a specific room.) 2. Lift Gate Service Delivery personnel will transport your machine from the back of the truck to the ground using a liftgate. 3. Residential/Non-Commercial Delivery In case of an apartment building, delivery will be to the central lobby only. 4. White Glove Delivery 5. Other Services Construction Site Delivery Notify before Delivery Stairs Shipments outside the US - Customer will be responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs broker fees. These are not included by the freight estimate supplied with the quotation. - Alternate methods of shipping other than ground service may apply which result in additional freight charges not provided by the freight estimate. |

AngelToner provides a 30-Day Warranty on Parts within US only. Warranty starts upon the receipt of the machine. We will not be liable, in any case, the machine shows declined performance or show usual wear-and-tear after the warranty has elapsed. In exceptional cases, AngelToner can give a remote diagnosis via video conference, if it requires service within the 30-Day period. All machines are non-refundable. AngelToner can offer item exchange on the following accepted occurrences only: - Damaged item due to faulty handling/shipping/delivery. - If significant damage is noted upon inspection, the customer has the right to refuse the shipment/delivery. - Machine and invoice description do not match. (Note: Do not unpack damaged pallets or crates.) Supplies such as toner, drums, and fusers are provided as-is. Take note that these supplies are not included in the parts warranty provided. We offer 100% supplies for an additional cost. It is the customer's obligation to have more than enough required electrical source for these machines. Copiers are machines that consume significant electrical source. There are models that consume 20amp, while others require 220 volt (usually machines with 45+cpm/ppm models). These cases require dedicated outlets/20 amps with special types of plugs. For more details, kindly contact your account manager for more information. |
