This is a Steiff Halloween Witch Teddy Bear from 2004 Cosy Friends with original tags, Gold in color, item 020643, approx 5" with Hat.  Also included is a Halloween Beanie Baby, Bear with Bat symbol, from 2008 with Tags.  Owned by an adult; not played with.
