This imagery comes from the D&D Waterdeep: Dragon Heist adventure that was released in September 2018. The Beholder can be seen in it's abandoned lair, as we know they don't socialise and often retreat to uninhabited places. It looks like this intruder is about to become frozen in place and added to the Beholders trophies of it's many winning battles.
