SPEED cassette has been painstakingly designed for shifting performance. A
mix of streated steel and titanium cogs keeps shifting precise and reduces the
weight to a minimum. An alloy support structure for the rear set helps to
improve cog stiffness by 180% and makes the individual cogs 70% more
torsionally rigid. This translates straight in to efficiency, with less flex shifts
can be quicker and more precise. An improved tooth profile allows for smoother
transitions and a nickel-chromed coating resists wear. This shape helps to
spread out the stress and improve chain life.
