All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2 and 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional or remote areas may take longer delivery time and pick up from couriers depot may be required. A tracking number will be updated once the order is dispatched, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. Also, please be noted the delivery time stated in the listing is estimated by eBay, it may not be accurate and should not be considered as a guarantee.

For delivery addresses in remote areas or on islands, please contact us before placing an order as courier services may not be able to deliver to those areas, or a surcharge might be applied. Order may be cancelled and fully refunded if it cannot be shipped by our delivery partners.

Our delivery partners may require your assistance unloading from the vehicle and only deliver to the property entrance. For large or bulky items or items over 50 kg such as log splitters, generators, air compressors, delivery should be directed to business address premises and please ensure that a forklift is available to unload upon delivery. Alternatively, a tailgate delivery may be available at an additional charge, please contact us for a quote for a tailgate truck fee.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid. We advise all buyers to provide us an active phone number so that couriers can contact you in case of any issue.

We may give couriers authority to leave for the delivery in order to minimize the chance of redelivery and the inconvenience for buyers to pick up the item from the depot. If you have any special requirements, please contact us before placing the order.

If you would prefer to pick-up your item, we provide a pick-up service from our Melbourne warehouse. Handling fee may be charged for large and bully items. To make this process as smooth as possible, please note these essentials:

• Pick up can be anytime between 10am-4pm Mon-Fri (excl. public holidays). Collection required within 7 days of payment.
• Courier pickups not permitted due to average collection time is being 15 minutes.
• You will be required to show a current Drivers License or Proof of Age Card to collect your order.
• Please contact us if you any questions and prior to the pick up to confirm item is ready for you.

Buyers can use a variety of payment methods such as credit, debit, gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Zip and Afterpay via eBay.

For payment via bank transfer, please contact us for the arrangement and leave your exact eBay username as reference. Otherwise, your payment will not be identified and cleared. Please note orders will only be dispatched once the deposit is cleared.

For item missing parts, damaged during transport or dead on arrival goods, please contact us within one working day of recption and we will work out the best way to resolve the problem for you. We may, at its option, repair the product or replace the product.

The warranty does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions or any other specifications provided with the goods. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance). Warranties do not apply where items are resold/rented.

This warranty and its terms are given to the named purchaser or buyer of the product to which this warranty applies, and is not transferable to any other person.

Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution offered may vary. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to determine fault/issue. If the products are unusable upon receiving or there is a major fault, the customer may choose between a full product refund via the original payment method or a replacement product. There may be some situations that result in a reduced refund. In the case of a minor failure, the warranty may cover fitment of replacement parts or offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties.

In order to make a claim, please be prepared to provide our Customer Service with: 1. details of the defect or damage in relation to which the claim under the warranty; 2. photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable; 3. the proof of purchase; and 4. any other details we may need to process the claim.

The purchaser is generally responsible for returning the item if it can be posted or easily returned i.e dropped off. For items collected from our warehouse, it is generally the buyer's responsibility to return the item for a warranty claim (exceptions apply). The purchaser is entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs if the product is confirmed to have a problem and is eligible for warranty, however, a receipt will be required. Within 60 days of the customer purchasing the item, IKETA may provide details allowing return of the item at no cost to the customer (where freight costs apply). If the product failure is found to not fall within the warranty provisions or statutory rights provided, the purchaser may be required to pay the transport and/or inspection costs.
