1) Is the battery Included? - No, the battery is not included in this package. 

2) How Many battery do I need? You will need 3 x C batteries for the clock to work in full, if you do not wish to have the cuckoo clock sounds, you may only put 2 x 3C batteries. 

3) Can I adjust the volume of the sounds? Yes, there is a volume switch to adjust the volume, to completely turn off you would need to remove the battery for the cuckoo bird. 

4) Can I adjust the Cuckoo Clock chime time? No, It has been manufactured set to sing from 7am till 9pm. The previous version had 6am starting time but after some parent feedbacks, we are now having them from 7am to suit the kids wake up time for school. 

5) What sounds will this clock made? Once every hour, the door of the cuckoo clock will be opened and the bird will be poping out and chime "Kookoo, Kookoo" according to the hour, for example, 1 O'clock, it will sing once, and 12 O'clock, the bird will chime "kookoo" twelve times. Our clock do not have noisy flashing noice like others, purely just "Kookoo". 

6) How do I register the 2 years warranty? Quality time by Quality Clock provides you 2-year manufacturer warranty. You'll be automatically registered under our 2-year warranty programme. We warrant the clock against defects in materials & manufacture under ordinary consumer use for two years from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt, e-receipt or order confirmation for the warranty to be validated.

- The overall finishing size can achieve 24 cm x 36 cm x 13 cm (Width x Height x Depth) less or more, depending on your preferences.
