They have a hook-and-loop fastener around the mid boot as well as a drawstring at the top. I accept returns per the standard eBay 30 day return policy but the buyer must pay shipping costs back to me and the item must be received in the exact same condition as sent (still brand new with all tags still attached and item not worn outside or washed).
