Mint Condition: Fresh from booster pack; no noticeable wear
Near Mint/Excellent: Minor storage wear; minor imperfections on surface and/or edges
Light Play/Good: Shows some signs of wear; visible light scratches and/or blemishes
Moderate Play/OK: Shows signs of significant wear; visible scuffing; black spots; minor folds
Heavy Play/Poor: Card has obvious folds; heavy creases and maybe other types of damage (water et al)
