Postal Options
If you require tracking and insurance i.e.: Special Delivery (within UK) or International signed for (outside the UK) please contact me so that I can quote you the right postal cost.
All international buyer, please check with me on postal chargers. Price shown is indicative price only. I can't be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, but will assist in any claims for compensation to Royal Mail by providing the buyer with the proof of posting. If you are concerned about items going astray in the postal system, please request Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, International Signed For or Airsure as appropriate (extra charge will be added to your invoice).
Delivery Lead Time
Items purchased will be dispatched within 2 or 3 days (This excludes Sunday and Bank Holidays) after receipt of payments.
More Than One Item Purchase (Postal Discount)
I can combine the postage cost if more than one item were bought.
International buyer: if you purchase multiple items over 2kgs it will be expensive and it may be cheaper to send them in two parcels. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These chargers are the buyer's responsibility.
Return Policy
If the item you purchase is significantly different to the described, please return it for refund within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
