All of our items are shipped from our GA, USA warehouse.

- 60 Days Free Return from the purchased date. Please contact us via email before returning the defectived item.
- Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers/user's part.
- Return items should include the original packaging and all accessories. Buyers MUST contact us for the returning address.
- In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
- Please check actual stock bulb model & housing size before purchasing replacement bulbs. Compatibility list on eBay listing is not a complete list and it is a known issue that there are errors on it.
- If you encounter model/functional compatibility issue, please contact us for assistance. We will help you exchange to compatible item (if available).
- We only accept refund request if we don't carry compatible item. 20% restocking fee will be deducted for ALL refund cases.
- Buyer is responsible for both return and resend shipping cost when exchanging an item with compatibility issue. We will cover resend shipping cost if compatibility problem is directly caused by incorrect information on listing.
- Buyer will be charged for price difference when upgrading to a more expensive model.
