Very old Atlantic City N.J. felt Pennant great for display in the collection. The end is sewn. If you look closely you can see the white letters are Felt and applied. It's a large one measuring in at 29 3/8" not including the tassels. There is a tack hole in the small end. There is yellowing on the letters. Check out the photo's for condition.
