Adults and elderly:
15-30ml (one to two teaspoonful)
Children age 3-6 years:
5-10ml (one to two teaspoonful)
Children age 6-15 years:
7.5 to 15ml (one and a half to three teaspoonful).
Do not exceed the suggested daily intake.
