We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your system or software as we do not provide technical support for setup, installation or any user related issues.

We do not include remote controls, manuals, drivers or software unless specified in the description.

Any items listed under Ebay’s “For Parts Not Working” are just that, we list any defects or missing items we can physically see. That doesn’t mean there are not other issues that we are not aware of unless we state that directly. We do not accept returns for items purchased under “For Parts Not Working”

If you do not see something pictured in our auctions or in our item description then it will Not be included.

With “ANY” computer sale if you install a different operating system then what we have sent you, you Void any chance of a return as the unit is now altered from the original condition we sold it in as we can no longer be held responsible.

As with all used electronics, we always recommend replacing the battery to increase charge time as we can’t be held responsible for a “used” battery’s life span.

If a product is returned you are responsible for a restock fee up to 20% of items value.

We do not honor any returns unless product arrived D.O.A. If you have any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

All Returns MUST have original packaging and original box we shipped to you for a refund no exceptions.
