Designed for ducted ventilation of internal bathrooms and WC’s. The unit is able to be either surface or flush mounted due to its unique cassette design of the motor and impeller assembly. The rear spigot can be mounted in 2 positions allowing for rear exit or connecting to a vertical ducted system.
This model incorporates a condensation (humidity) sensor which automatically switches the fan on when the condensation level builds up. Once the condensation clears the fan turns off. It can also be connected to work with the room light switch. Requires at least a permanent unswitched live and neutral connection. If the timer functionality is required then an additional switched live connection is required.

To take off the cover of this fan you need to firstly remove the neon indicator lens which exposes a concealed screw, then unclip the front bezel from the bottom edge. This then exposes the second screw.
