Despatch
Here at Kettle's Boiled we pride ourselves on providing a great service for our customers - just check our feedback - and we know that you want your items quick! Nearly all orders are shipped the same day that we receive them and certainly no later than the next working day. Also if you need something quick, then tell us, and we will make sure we get it to you as fast as we can! Our record - although we can't guarantee this for everyone sorry - is just 7 minutes from order to handing over the parcel! Don't forget you can also select click and collect at your local Argos store!
Packaging
Most of our smaller orders - for example up to and including twenty tea bags - are sent out in padded envelopes, to make significant savings on postage. Without doing this we would have to ship even small orders as parcels, which would increase the cost to our customer significantly. If you specifically need your item boxed - most Twinings tea bags come in boxes of twenty or fifty - then this can be arranged, though we do have to make an additional charge to cover the postage.
Postage
We send all our smaller items that will classify as a letter or large letter under 100g using Royal Mail second class, unless specified otherwise. All items larger or heavier than this are generally sent using an Evri tracked service, or similar. Remember, if you need something quick, tell us - we will sort it!
International postage
We can - and indeed do - also send our items around the world, please contact for a quote. We don't make any money on postage charges and will only charge you what it costs us to get the items to you.
About us
We're over ten years old! Kettle’s Boiled was started early in February 2014, supplying single serve items such as tea, coffee, chocolate, whitener and sugar. We are proud to be based in Accrington, Lancashire. Our business has grown steadily through this year thanks to our loyal customer base, and we are now expanding to offer additional product lines such as ration packs for walkers, campers and festival goers, and coming soon, hampers with all kinds of goodies in them, as well as all you need for a quality cup of tea or coffee of course! We are also very good at sourcing things, if there is a particular product that you are looking for then we can find it for you, be that an individual tea bag or a large shipping container load!
