*Deliveries to EU are expected within 7 - 14 working days of dispatch, on rare occasions they may take longer due to current situations.

*Items are considered lost in the post 10 working days after the delivery estimate displayed on your order status emails and order history.
*Either replacement or refund will be issued for lost items, will also depend if there is available stock or if the customer would request a refund.
