Arch support and a contoured heel cup absorb shock and impact through the heel and arch, helping to relieve the pain and discomfort associated with plantar fasciitis.
Supporting the arch helps the foot and ankle sit in their natural alignment as you walk, which in turn helps relieve the aching that can travel up into the knees and lower back after a long day on your feet.
The contoured three-quarter shape slips into narrower shoes where a full-length insole would be too bulky, without giving up the support of a full orthotic.
Made from soft, durable EVA that cushions where it needs to and supports where it matters, and transfers easily between pairs of shoes.
Use on top of your existing shoe insoles, with the heel pushed to the back of the shoe. No trimming required.
