This is an A4 Planned Activities Chart for use with Adults to enable them to understand what is happening and going to happen. There is room for two activities, one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. We also do an A5 chart which includes only a morning and afternoon activity, which may be more suited to a resource centre or similar day centre. However, this and the A5 chart can be used in any care setting to enable people to know what to expect or to allow them the choice of activity. The chart comes with 7 days of the week cards, (if ordering the 7 charts the day will be printed on them unless otherwise asked for them to be separate). The pack also includes over 60 pictures of various activities. If we have not already included one which you wanted please let us know and we will include it. These cards are 5cm by 7cm with rounded corners.   

The chart is new and all our items are home manufactured so will be unique. We have used all of our products successfully with many children and adults with special needs, autism and members of our own family. We make all our items at affordable prices because we care about helping people with difficulties.

A non payer will be given two reminders and then an alert will be issued and negative feedback left if there is still no payment. We will only accept PayPal, UK cheques, UK postal orders and UK cash. Questions can be asked and e-mailed to us at any time. So if there is anything you are not sure about then please e-mail us BEFORE bidding. Items are posted when funds have cleared - cheques take 4 business days. Items are sent by standard 1st class post, or parcel force if over 2KGS.
