This is a very rare New Year Stamp Exhibition (迎春邮展) Cover. It is organized by Chai Chee Stamp Club(菜市集邮会) Singapore in conjunction with Lianhe Zaobao (联合早报) held in 21-23.2.1986.

On the left of the cover is in printed a Chinese painting by famous Chinese artist Wang Mingming (王明明). 

Centre affixed 2 stamps from Singapore and China (T.107 丙寅年) chopped with the post mark of Philatelic Bureau Singapore and Organizer’s stamp. Wang Mingming’s autograph signed in between. 

On the right affixed a sticker by Chai Chee Stamp Club with serial No.0342.
