Delivery and Returns

We ship worldwide. We take care in packing our articles safely. All items sold by us are carefully set up and play-checked prior to shipping. You will recieve a notification and tracking number, for the larger items, that your shipment went out. 

Within European Community: We ship with Netherlands Post. Delivery 2-5 working days.

Outside of the European Community: We ship with Netherlands Post wicht hen hooks up with delivery companies such as USPS. Delivery worldwide is 1-2 weeks.

Note, beyond our capacity are the powers of the douna to hold packages for 3 weeks without giving a reason.

If you wish to have your order send with a different postal service that is possible. Please let us know we will contact you regarding the possibillities and possible extra costs.

Additional charges may be imposed upon customs clearance, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Returns: We extend 30 days time to either fall in love with your purchase or return it. If you decide to return it we will refund your money and ask you to pay the return shipping only.
