All types of Returns & Refunds which is accepted by us and covered with a full return costs :
- If Your item has been lost in transport
- If Your item arrived damaged
- If Your item arrived in wrong size than what you bought (we reserve the right to the fact that sometimes the sticker may differ from the ordered one (up to 1cm difference from the one selected by the buyer)
- If Your item arrived in wrong colour than what you bought (It means that when You ordered red colour for example and You received in blue then you are entitled for a full refund. Color shade cannot be the reason for return the item)
- If Your item arrived with a written error (This is especially true for personalized stickers)
- If You ordered by mistake or just change your mind, You must telling us immediately. It is very important! (If You decide to ask us for canceling, after few hours then it may not be possible to cancel the transaction as your order may already be processed or dispatched)
All types of Returns & Refunds which is NOT accepted by us :
- If You change your mind and Your order will be already dispatched.
- If Your item arrived to Your door and You just change your mind
- If You selected by your mistake the wrong sticker, wrong color or wrong size when you purchased (unless You inform us about this immediately after purchase)
- Personalised sticker cannot be returned in any case unless we made a written mistake.
- If you wanted a reversed sticker and you didn't mention it when you purchased the sticker (If You don't inform us about it then we send the sticker in the original position - Not reversed)
- If You inform us that you have not received the sticker and the tracking number will be shown as delivered (If your item has been marked as delivered and you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the courier to clarify the problem)
