For this book to be over 125 years old it is in great condition. It does have shelf wear and discoloration. The pages are yellowed from age. The corners have wear spot. See the pictures for more details. The cover has minor stains from use. The binding is in good shape but there is a weak place in the front so it’s sort of separating. (See pics) I didn’t see any writing inside.
