All connectors are assembled by a certified
engineer and quality assurance testing is done
on all leads to insure continuity to all
terminals.
Terminals are Gold and Silver plated to insure a good
connection for the most harshest environments.
All wire leads are automotive grade 18 gauge AWG
high temp GXL wire and color coded to keep from
crossing wire leads, Wire leads are 12" in
length.
Insulation on GXL wire is superior by being thicker and more
heat and oil resistant than TXL wire. Wire
colors may very depending on production run.

General Motors glues the connectors in to the
switch. The best way to remove the
connector is by heating neutral safety switch at
the connector housing with a lighter. This does
not mean over heat the plastic to a melting
point, the heat softens the glue in the
connector. Alot of time there is so much glue in
the connector or switch that it breaks anyway.
If you do get them apart be sure to clean the
switch terminals of glue.
