Pretty navy blue ruffled skirt by Forever 21, Junior’s size medium. This skirt has cream color polka dots. It has navy blue lining underneath the semi sheer skirt. Elastic waistband.

Measurements are as follows when laying flat:

Waist(Side to side)-13.5 inches.

From the top of the waistband to the bottom of the skirt-15 inches.
