This is for a Limited Edition Corgi  04408 Mini Monte Carlo.

The model has never been removed from the base, which is confirmed by the condition of the wire ties.

It comes with a limited edition certificate showing it to be no 3371 of  only 5500 distributed worldwide.

The box does have quite a bit of shelfwear, and there is a split to the front pane on the left hand side.
