This book is in poor-average overall condition so please examine pictures carefully. The back cover is separated at the hinge and the front cover has a 2" tear & cracked hinge. The cover & spine have some soiling,corner, edge and surface wear . The binding is tight . The pages have tanning ,foxing, soiling and a few creases . .It measures approx. 5 1/4" x 7 1/2". There are 230 pages.
