This is a laminated A4 emotions / feelings chart which help your child/young person to recognise how they feel and for the teacher or themselves to see if there is a pattern. There is a box at the end of the day for the child to reflect if overall this has been a good day or a bad one. It will help a child or young adult to make positive changes for themselves and build up their resilience, recognising any negative feelings. The chart will help the person using it and their teachers / carers to take more control of their lives and recognise and acknowledge their emotions and feelings.

There are 9 different emotions cards; Proud, Sad, Very Upset, Happy, Very Happy, Alone, Unsure, Worried and Angry. There are also Good Day cards and Bad Day cards to use when reflecting on how the day was overall. There are 12 cards of each of the emotions and 12 Good and 12 Bad Day cards contained with the chart. They have ‘loop dots’ on them to attach to the chart which has ‘hook dots’.  

This Emotions chart allows communication between the user and the teacher / carer to try to understand what may be triggering the child / young person to be upset or angry and try to find ways around this.

The chart will help all children/ young people who have Autism/ ADHD/ ASD/ special needs/learning difficulties. The chart is laminated to protect it and can be wiped clean.

Items are posted when funds have cleared - cheques take 4 business days. Items are sent by standard 1st class post, or parcel force if over 2KGS.
