Reusable hot and cold gel packs with a compression wrap and soft pouch, shaped for the knee. Supplied as a 2 pack – one for each knee.
Made with strong nylon outer material and a medical-grade gel that stays flexible at both hot and cold temperatures. Extra thick to guard against leaks and built to stand up to repeated use.
Freeze the pack to cool a sore, swollen knee, or warm it in the microwave when you want soothing heat instead. One pack covers both, so you can use whichever suits how your knee feels that day.
The elastic strap holds the pack firmly against the knee, leaving your hands free and keeping it in place while you rest, move about or put your feet up. Helps relieve the pain and discomfort associated with strains, sprains, swelling and inflammation.
A wider pack and strap cover more of the knee than a standard gel pack. Hot or cold, the gel stays pliable so it moulds comfortably around the joint rather than sitting flat against it.
Please note: always place the gel pack inside the soft pouch before it touches your skin, and follow the instructions supplied with the product for heating and freezing times.
