When a product is delivered check as much as possible whilst the delivery person waits.

We recommend that you be home for delivery to thoroughly inspect your item for any damage.

If box/ wrap looks as though they are damaged you have two options:

* Refuse the deliver

* Accept the delivery, make the delivery person aware and sign for the goods clearly writing damaged on the delivery paperwork

In both situations you should contact us immediately and report the problem, back up all telephone calls with a written confirmation.

The responsibility will be yours to prove that it was the carrier who caused the damage to the products not you. In this instance it is really important that you acknowledge any damage immediately, directly to the delivery person.  

Buyer may return our order within 14 days of receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping as well. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All these including original shipping cost will be deducted from buyer's account. 

Item must not be worn.

Item must be in original box or wrap and have all tags attached.

Item returned without the original tag/box/wrap, or a damaged tag/box/wrap, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Warranty

All the products purchased from us carries 90 days of manufacturer’s defective warranty. If you find any defective after receiving your products, please contact us right away. 

The recliner mechanism carries 2 years warranty.

The fabric carries a 1 year warranty.

The frame carries a 1 year warranty.

The latter carries 1 years warranty

***Scratches, gouges, stains, heat marks, water marks, imprints, ink, marker, abuse, neglect and normal wear are not covered under any warranty.
