These products are supplied to us by the manufacturer loose (no retail packaging). The stem sensor is made from engineering grade metal which is not polished so can appear marked and inconsistent in colour. The product is new as supplied. Made by Cotherm for Backer.

IMPORTANT: This type of thermostat should only be used if your immersion heater has a separate "fail safe" secondary thermostat. If not you should use the alternative product BMST11
