This tool is missing the spring for the ratchet mechanism.  It does not ratchet but works fine otherwise.  The spring should be easy to replace.

There are some paint markings on the handles and light scratches and dings from use.

This tool is very hard to find!  At the time of listing, Mouser is the only distributor showing inventory, with only one in stock, and at a price of over $1500.
